Camille brings over 20 years of dance experience and over 7 years of teaching experience to the ministry. She has her B.A. in Dance with a minor in psychology from Kennesaw State University. This comprehensive dance program allowed Camille to study dance technique, choreography, kinesiology, and proper dance pedagogy. In addition to her program studies, Camille was a student research assistant, a member of the dance honor society, and pursued her own undergraduate research on pediatric dance injuries requiring surgery. She plans on furthering her dance education in the future. 

 

Through Kennesaw State University Dance Company, Camille performed in classical and contemporary works produced by faculty and other students. She also has danced professionally in the Atlanta dance circuit. Camille has always had a passion for creating dance productions and choreographing new, innovative works. She has choreographed for the KSU Dance Company and professional dancers for Atlanta dance festival opportunities. Camille is the Artistic Director of Addereth Contemporary Ballet and is a dancer with the company. 

 

After graduating college, Camille continued to teach at The Georgia Ballet and Steps of Faith Dance Studio, where she was trained in high school. She has developed programs for both studios including syllabi creation and show production. In the 2019-2020 school year, she held the positions of Primary Director and Esther Ensemble Program Director for Steps of Faith. At this time, Camille felt God calling her to create a dance ministry that spreads the gospel to her community. Crown Dance Ministry and Addereth Contemporary Ballet were created to impact hearts and give anyone the opportunity to a dance education.
